Position: Registered Dietician, EndoGen Wellness, Detroit, MI
  • As a Dietician at EndoGen Wellness, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering our diverse patient base.
  • You will deliver culturally appropriate health and nutrition education, focusing on holistic approaches to chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct educational presentations and outreach activities focusing on nutrition and chronic disease management.
  • Collaborate with community agencies to enhance outreach and educational efforts.
  • Develop and deliver group and individual education sessions using culturally and linguistically appropriate materials.
  • Continuously update knowledge through in-services, conferences, and other educational opportunities.
  • Create and adapt educational curriculums and materials, ensuring they are effective and appropriate for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Participate in health fairs and community events to promote health and nutrition awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dietician education, chronic disease management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietician, Dietetics, Health Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Passion for community health and commitment to the healthcare needs of underserved populations.
Additional Skills: 
•  Ability to interface with multiple technical and business teams.
•  Familiarity with information systems, clinical software, and other computer applications.
•  Strong communication and analytical skills.
•  Ability to troubleshoot problems, research alternatives, and manage projects effectively.
